1. Services:

As soon as we receive your intention to recruit, we contact you to establish a personalized action plan.

We collect job descriptions and post them on our website.

We collect resumes from potential candidates, sort them and submit the selected ones.

We then serve as liaison between you and the candidate (s) you have selected for the rest of the hiring process (interview, test of competence if applicable).

The verification of professional references is done at the request of the employer. This step usually occurs when the candidate is seriously considered for the position.

Reference checks can also be done directly by the employer or a third party for the sake of transparency.

We organize the reception of selected candidates at the airport once on the territory and guide them for a successful first day of work.
